Members joining High Life Ski Club automatically become members of High Life Ski Lodge.

The two interactive corporations each have elected officers or trustees and each has a seperate treasury and budget. The Club has 11 elected officers and the Lodge has 10 trustees. Club officers serve one year terms and Lodge Trustees serve two year terms with 5 elected each year to provide continuance. Elections are the last Tuesday in April.  The new administration begins on June 1st.
